Cancellation Policy:

Bookings cancelled more than 14 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% booking refund.
Bookings cancelled within 14 days of arrival will forfeit all monies paid.

Our security and privacy policies are periodically reviewed and enhanced as necessary and only authorised individuals have access to the information provided by our customers.

No pets permitted
No smoking indoors
Children welcome, children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Soiling and damage to the property will incur extra expense at the discrection of the management.

Please note that our office closes at 6pm. Should you be arriving after 6pm please notify us of your intended arrival time and report to the Cafe Bar.
